Nutella Stuffed Banana Bread

Nutella and bananas is a combination created by the gods! This yummy and sweet bread marries the two together beautifully.Β  It is a really easy recipe, and a great way to use up past-their-best bananas. That said, you can use yellow bananas too, but you’ll probably need to add a tablespoon of honey to the mixture. The bread itself isn’t too unhealthy as it doesn’t contain any sugar and contains oats. Alternatively, for a healthier option, you could replace the Nutella with peanut butter, or simply leave it out altogether!

If you don’t have a loaf tin, or you want to pack them easier for an on-the-go snack, they work well as muffins. Simply pour the mixture between 6 muffins, making sure to put a (heaped!) teaspoon of Nutella in the middle of each one.
